Diane Oliver: Sales Representative: Diane brings to us over 25 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. She has worked in all areas of the dealership during her tenure, from Accounting, F&I, Service to Parts. Her ability to relate to the dealership personnel and their job functions makes our installation team that much stronger. She has performed the job duties of an Office Manager for newly purchased locations, being responsible for new store start up, and trained replacing Office Managers.

Diane has worked for Automotive Group Management Companies, as IT Administrator and Trainer. She trained Dealership Personnel on Software Utilization and on new processes to improve net profits. She has worked for both Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP, so she has and extensive knowledge of both systems, from conversions to utilization training, and how software relates in a dealership gives her the ability to help our customers get the most out of their DMS software. During her tenure at ADP, she was District Manager for one of ADP specialized Products.

In addition, her college background in Information Systems and Computer Programming just rounds out what a great asset she is for our team.

Richard Chilgreen-Project Manager: Richard has been installing and supporting computer systems for car dealerships for the last 15 years. He has been involved in many technology projects from software implementation to hardware rollouts. Before Richard’s involvement in car dealerships, he was analyzing and installing computer systems for various businesses using the Great Plains Accounting package. He has installed Great Plains accounting on computers ranging from Apple IIe to High powered IBM Compatible machines used today.

Richard’s Educational background includes a 4 year degree in Computer Information Systems and Business. This was followed up a few years latter with a Masters Degree in Information and Communication Sciences. He gained experience in Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) from DeVoe Chevrolet and then went on to get national exposure while installing computer systems for hundreds of independent and BHPH Dealerships across the country.


Jack Bridges-General Manager:
Jack has been a key member of the Linnehan Family of Businesses for over 20 years. Starting in F&I, Sales and General Management in the new car franchises, Jack has developed a strong, profitable relationship with many local and national financing sources. With his grasp of the automobile business and experience with lenders and financing, he was able to slip easily into the Linnehan Buy-Here, Pay-Here businesses, Credit Now! Auto Company, and Atlantic Acceptance Corporation, as the first employee. USA Computer Systems has access to the Microsoft Capital Corporation, which will give Jack a head start on getting financing for your computer system solution.


Ryan Linnehan-Marketing and Promotions Director:
Ryan started working for the Linnehan organization in 1986, and joined the family businesses full time after graduating from Cedarville University with degrees in Business Management and Marketing in 1994. He has had a wealth of experiences "from the bottom up" in all aspects of the dealership and finance operations, and has developed and staffed several of the departments within the Linnehan organization. Among his current duties are coordinating all marketing and advertising for all of the Linnehan Family Businesses. In addition, Ryan is also President of Linnehan’s Credit Now! Auto Company.

Joseph Pagan: Network and Systems Administration: Joe graduated from Berks Technical Institute where he majored in PC and Networking Administration with a minor in PC repair. After graduating, he obtained his CompTIA A+ certification and his Novell CNA certifications. From there he became the Help Desk Administrator for Sovereign Bank, for 2 years, before moving to Canada. While in Canada he worked for NexInnovations, who was a contractor for automotive businesses Reynolds & Reynolds and Daimler Chrysler and major financial institutions that included, Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), TD Canada Trust, HSBC Bank, and Scotia Bank. During his tenure with NexInnovations, Joe also completed many large scale computer roll-outs. The largest of these roll-outs was for the Canadian Armed Forces at CFB Gagetown. This project included building and replacing 1000 computers with monitors across the Base. During this time, Joe also continued his training and gained his Microsoft MCP status, as well as becoming certified by various vendors to support and repair their products.

Moving to Maine in 2003, Joe continued his experience in the financial industry by working with Bar Harbor Banking and Trust as a Systems Administrator and Help Desk Technician. While working at BHBT, he implemented new loan processing software that worked in conjunction with Fiserv’s easyLENDER software. In 2005, Bringing 11 years of experience with him, Joe joined the USA Computer Systems team as the Network and Systems Administrator. Current duties include hardware installation, software installation including Microsoft Windows 2003 Server Microsoft Vista, Microsoft XP, Microsoft SQL2000, Microsoft SQL 2005, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 8.0, Microsoft Dynamics 10.0, as well as supporting The Answer, USA Computer Systems flagship software, at our main office and onsite with USA’s various customers. Utilizing the previous work experience in the automotive and financial services industries gives Joe an ability to understand the unique problems faced in the Buy Here Pay Here industry, and the knowledge to find the optimal solution for your computing problems.

Carey Campbell: Implementation and Tech Support: Carey brings a Bachelors degree in Business Administration-Management and 17 years of experience as Controller and CFO for Linnehan's new and used car dealerships to the development of USA Computer Systems software. Since Linnehan’s opened their first Buy Here Buy Here Dealership and Related Finance Company almost 15 years ago, he has been involved as Controller and CFO of these enterprises almost exclusively. He has been actively involved in translating the Business Processes and Accounting Controls for used vehicle dealerships, Buy Here Pay Here dealerships, and their related finance companies into the current line of USA Computer Systems’ products.

For the past 2 years he has also been involved in testing and quality control for these products to insure that they are comprehensive while at the same time being user friendly. Bruce Jipson: Programmer: Bruce graduated from Husson College with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Then, he worked for Irving Oil Corporation for 14 1/2 years programming an integrated credit card system.
While there, Bruce worked on the data conversion of the old NCR system to an SQL based credit card system. He also participated in the design specifications according to business requirements for this new system, and did troubleshooting of any processing problems with the credit card systems. He was the administrator of a new credit card processing system as well as 3rd party liaison to American Express, Discover, and Paymentech. In addition, Bruce configured the Point of Sale credit card processing system for Irving Oil.

Roderick “Rick” G. Mack II, Ph.D.: Programmer: Doctor of Philosophy, Physics, University of Maine at Orono, 1992.
Rick has 12 years experience in all aspects of the production of high quality commercial and custom software for both the government and private sectors. With a background in both computer programming and software project management, Rick has direct experience in software requirements gathering, software project planning and management, software design and implementation, troubleshooting and quality assurance activities. He has worked on the development of mathematical, graphical and database software with applications in the areas of Computer Assisted Design (CAD) and analysis, sales contact and sales process management and accounting. Rick has extensive experience in graphical user interface (GUI) design and implementation for various Microsoft Windows platforms.

Linda Speight: Programmer: Linda graduated from WPI with a BS in Computer Science and studied for her Masters at Penn State University. She worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in the VMS & RSX Development Groups in Operating Systems Compatibility. Also at Digital, Linda worked in Network Management Development providing third party technical support for Digital's plug & play Network Management Tool. She has also worked as an Independent Contractor using FoxPro & Access Data Engines to support various private corporations. Linda is a proud mother of two daughters.
